🚀 We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist (Full-Time)
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “run ads” but understands how to drive actual business results. If you’ve managed ad budgets, scaled campaigns, and delivered strong ROAS across brands keep reading.
💼 What You’ll Do:
- Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns across Meta & Google
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
- Work on full-funnel strategy (not just boosting posts)
- Analyze performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions
- Set up pixels, events & tracking systems
- Collaborate with creative & content teams for high-performing ads
📊 What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Proven track record of delivering strong ROAS (this is key)
- Experience across multiple industries (D2C preferred)
- Strong understanding of ad creatives + targeting strategy
- Data-driven mindset
⚠️ Must Have:
- You’ve scaled campaigns, not just managed small budgets
- You understand how to improve performance when ads drop
- You can explain why something is working, not just that it is
