We’re hiring a Performance Marketer who can run and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience 1-2 Years
Location: Ahmedabad( On- Site)

What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on experience with paid campaigns on search, display, and social
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding, retargeting, and funnel strategy
- Ability to manage budgets and improve ROI/ROAS
- Experience with campaign setup, optimization, A/B testing, and reporting
- Good understanding of lead generation and conversion tracking
- Ability to analyze performance data and suggest improvements
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns across platforms
- Optimize campaigns to improve leads, sales, and engagement
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives
- Stay updated with trends and platform changes
Preferred:
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite
- Strong communication and analytical skills
