Job Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager to lead digital acquisition and revenue growth initiatives for our jewellery brand. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in paid media, analytics, and e-commerce performance optimization, with prior experience in fashion, luxury, jewellery, or D2C brands.
This role requires someone who can drive measurable growth, optimize marketing funnels, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Media Management
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Other relevant platforms such as Pinterest and Snapchat
Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to achieve ROAS and CAC targets
Scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency and performance benchmarks
2. Performance Optimization
Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on KPIs including:
ROAS
CPA
CTR
Conversion Rate
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and ad copies
Develop and implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve conversions
3. E-commerce & Funnel Management
Collaborate with website, product, and UX teams to improve website conversion rates
Optimize landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows to reduce drop-offs
Analyze and optimize the end-to-end customer journey and marketing funnel
4. Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as:
Google Analytics (GA4)
Google Tag Manager
Meta Ads Manager
Adobe Analytics
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and performance trends
5. Creative Strategy
Partner with design and content teams to develop high-performing creatives
Guide the development of ad copy, visual assets, and video concepts tailored to jewellery buyers
Align campaigns with seasonal moments, weddings, and festive occasions to maximize engagement and sales
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within jewellery, fashion, luxury, or D2C brands
- Strong hands-on experience with:Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics
- Solid understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and campaign measurement
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or similar
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and achieve revenue targets
