About the job
At Redwud Creations, we run performance marketing campaigns for healthcare brands — hospitals, clinics, IVF centers, dental practices, and more. We're a growing digital marketing agency and we're looking for someone who lives and breathes paid ads.
If you know how to generate quality leads, optimize for ROAS, and turn ad budgets into real business results — we want to talk.
What You'll Do
Manage Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns end to end
Run lead generation campaigns for healthcare clients
Handle conversion tracking, audience targeting & retargeting
Optimize for CPL, ROAS & ROI
Prepare performance reports and drive data-based decisions
What We're Looking For
2–3 years of hands-on Google Ads & Meta Ads experience
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & Meta Ads Manager
Strong grasp of paid advertising metrics and optimization
Healthcare marketing experience is a big plus
