🚀 We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing [Marketplaces & Quick Commerce]
📍 Location: Gurgaon | 🗓 Workdays: 5 Days a Week
Are you a data-driven and creative marketer passionate about driving measurable growth? We’re looking for a Manager / Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing to lead and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Marketplaces, Beauty Commerce, and Quick Commerce channels. This is your chance to own campaign strategies, drive ROI, and make a tangible impact on business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and Quick Commerce platforms.
- Own media planning, budget allocation, and campaign forecasting for marketplace and quick commerce channels.
- Collaborate with category, brand, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Campaign Execution & Optimization:
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including creative briefing, A/B testing, bid management, and landing page optimization.
- Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and implement continuous optimization strategies.
- Track and report key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and LTV across channels.
Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with creative teams to conceptualize and develop engaging ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
- Ensure campaigns are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with marketing objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with D2C brands.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Creative thinker, results-driven, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in budgeting, campaign optimization, and driving measurable ROI.
