Performance Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving scalable user acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value through high-impact paid media strategies. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on execution expertise across Google and Meta platforms, and close collaboration with product, analytics, and creative teams to continuously improve funnel efficiency and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and scale Google UAC and Meta Advantage+ App (AAA) campaigns focused on app installs, in-app actions, and long-term value growth.
  • Design and manage full-funnel performance strategies across Install, Action, and Value-based campaigns, ensuring optimal budget allocation and efficiency.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through creative experimentation, audience segmentation, bid strategy refinement, and signal optimization.
  • Partner with product, analytics, and creative teams to improve conversion rates, retention, and overall funnel performance.
  • Analyze campaign and cohort-level data to uncover insights, identify growth opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting KPIs, learnings, and recommendations for leadership.
  • Stay current with Google Ads and Meta platform updates, privacy changes, attribution shifts, and industry best practices.
  • Manage and coordinate with external agencies or partners when required, ensuring execution quality and alignment with business objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (UAC) and Meta Ads, particularly app-focused performance campaigns.
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into scalable growth strategies.
  • Solid understanding of LTV, ROAS, CAC, attribution models, and funnel metrics.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
  • Comfortable working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Excel, or BI dashboards.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on experimentation and continuous optimization.
