Job description:
We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing with 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns. You’ll be responsible for driving traffic, leads, and ROI through effective campaign strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
Write compelling ad copy and optimize creatives
Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting
Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages
Track conversions and analyze data using Google Analytics
Generate performance reports with actionable insights
Stay updated with PPC trends and platform updates
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of experience in managing Google Ads, Meta ads campaigns
Strong understanding of PPC metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
Hands-on experience with conversion tracking and remarketing
Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Editor, Analytics, and keyword planners
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Good communication and reporting skills
