Noa is a VC-backed early-stage startup building a root-cause, inside-out weight management platform for Tier-2 women. India is heading toward a metabolic crisis, with 1 in 3 adults projected to be obese. The burden is disproportionately higher on women in their 30s and 40s. While Tier-1 cities have access and awareness, Tier-2 India is left navigating misinformation and unsafe solutions.

Role Summary
We’re looking for a Growth Marketer who can own growth end-to-end — from performance marketing to content to creators.
This is not a pure ads role and not a pure content role.
You will build and scale a performance-led content engine across Meta, Google, and UGC.
You should be equally comfortable:
- Scaling ad accounts
- Writing high-converting scripts
- Managing creators & shoots
- Making fast decisions based on data
Key Responsibilities
1. Own Performance Marketing (Meta + Google)
- Manage and scale paid acquisition across Meta & Google
- Optimize for CAC, CVR, AOV — not vanity metrics
- Run structured experiments (creatives, audiences, landing pages)
- Analyze funnels and identify drop-offs
2. Build & Scale Content Engine (Performance-Led)
- Ideate & execute high-converting scripts (ads, reels, testimonials)
- Work with editors to ship content within 48–72 hours
- Identify winning creatives and scale them aggressively
- Kill underperformers quickly
3. Build & Manage Creator / Influencer Pipeline
- Build Creator repository - inhouse and onboard creators (UGC + influencers)
- Negotiate cost-effective deals (barter / hybrid / paid)
- Build a repeatable, reliable creator ecosystem
- Drive content output through creators
4. Direct Shoots & Creative Production
- Plan and execute ad shoots (concept → scripting → output)
- Guide creators, editors, and freelancers
- Ensure content quality + speed
5. Build Systems & Scale Team (Future Scope)
- Create repeatable playbooks for content & performance
- Train and manage junior executives over time
- Build a scalable growth engine
Experience
- 2–3 years in Performance Marketing (Meta + Google)
- 1–2 years in Content / Influencer / UGC-driven growth
- Strong understanding of short-form content (Reels, ads)
- Experience in D2C / startup environment preferred
