1. Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management
- Plan and run campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Lead Generation
- Create campaigns to generate qualified leads for clients or internal sales teams.
- Performance Tracking
- Monitor metrics such as CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions.
- Optimization
- Continuously improve campaigns by adjusting audience targeting, bidding, creatives, and budgets.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager to analyze performance.
- A/B Testing
- Test different ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve ROI.
- Landing Page Coordination
- Work with design/dev teams to optimize conversion-focused landing pages.
2. Skills Required

- Understanding of funnels and conversion tracking
