Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital advertising initiatives across multiple platforms. The candidate will be responsible for managing high-budget campaigns (over $1 million in monthly ad spend) and driving measurable growth through data-driven strategies, optimization, and performance analysis. This role requires strong expertise in paid media platforms, campaign optimization, and ROI-focused marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize large-scale performance marketing campaigns across major digital platforms.
- Manage paid advertising on Google Search, Google Display Network, Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube Ads, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
- Handle and optimize advertising budgets exceeding $1 million per month with a strong focus on ROI and customer acquisition.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and creative testing to maximize campaign performance.
- Continuously analyze campaign metrics including CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates to improve performance.
- Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives to drive higher conversion rates.
- Work closely with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Monitor industry trends and explore new advertising channels and emerging platforms.
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and insights for senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital advertising budgets (over $1 million monthly).
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, and other programmatic platforms.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, Google Analytics, attribution models, and marketing funnels.
- Experience with data analysis, campaign optimization, and performance reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and platforms simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other digital marketing platforms.
- Experience with e-commerce, FMCG, or consumer brands.
- Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM integrations, and advanced analytics tools.
