Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Performance Marketing role based in Bengaluru. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute digital advertising campaigns, optimize marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, and analyze marketing data to evaluate performance and make improvements. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and create targeted campaigns that engage and convert audiences effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively engaging with stakeholders and understanding customer needs.
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to create data-driven and impactful campaigns.
- Experience in Sales to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth through performance marketing activities.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make recommendations for optimization and ROI improvement.
- Proven understanding of digital marketing channels such as social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising.
- Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics and performance platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable.
