Job Description
Role Overview:
Responsible for driving scalable customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROAS optimization across all digital performance channels for D2C / personal care / cosmetics / fmcg brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Display, Affiliates, and Marketplaces.
Build and manage full-funnel strategies for new customer acquisition, retargeting, and retention.
Monitor daily campaign performance, analyse data, and improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, CAC, and overall efficiency.
Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, creatives, and audiences.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting.
Identify new growth opportunities, platforms, and media channels for scale.
Skills & Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in performance marketing with D2C / Personal Care / Cosmetics / FMCG brands
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and marketing automation tools.
Proven track record of scaling revenue and improving ROAS.
