Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist at JadeCaps, located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves planning and executing performance marketing campaigns, analyzing marketing metrics, conducting market research to inform strategies, and crafting tailored marketing approaches. The role also requires collaboration across teams such as sales and customer service to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign success.
Qualifications
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads and other performance channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, conversions, and lead generation.
- Manage and track campaign budgets, bids, and performance metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve performance.
- Analyse campaign data and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Work closely with the content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Identify new growth channels and marketing opportunities to increase bookings.
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads and campaign analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, performance metrics, and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO basics, and marketing funnels is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
