Performance Marketer — Meta Ads & Pixel Specialist
We're building a luxury leather goods brand rooted in Jaipur's craft heritage, and we're looking for someone who can turn our story into scalable paid growth.
What you'll own:
🎯 End-to-end Meta Ads strategy across Facebook and Instagram 🔧 Meta Pixel and Conversions API setup from scratch (clean tracking, no agency black boxes) 📊 Full-funnel campaigns covering prospecting, retargeting, and retention 🎨 Creative testing, briefing, and iteration 📈 Weekly reporting that ties ad spend to business outcomes
You're a fit if:
✅ 2+ years running Meta Ads for D2C or ecommerce brands ✅ You can set up Pixel, CAPI, and GTM without needing a developer ✅ You understand ROAS, CAC, LTV, and how they actually connect ✅ You've scaled monthly ad spends of 1L+ with measurable results ✅ Bonus: experience in luxury, fashion, or lifestyle
This is a high-ownership role. You'll work directly with me, have budget autonomy, and help build the acquisition engine for a brand with global ambitions.
Full-time or contract, Jaipur or remote.
