Job Title: Senior / Manager - Performance Marketing
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
About the Role: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to build and scale paid acquisition across our group companies. This role will primarily focus on B2B demand generation and pipeline creation, while also supporting B2C acquisition initiatives where relevant. You will work closely with the Growth, Sales, and Leadership teams to drive measurable growth through performance-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
● Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit, Whatsapp, Meta, and other paid channels.
● Drive B2B lead generation and demand creation for enterprise and mid-market audiences.
● Optimize campaigns for CPL, CAC, and pipeline contribution through continuous testing and experimentation.
● Work on conversion rate optimization (CRO) across landing pages and marketing funnels.
● Support SEO and emerging discovery channels such as AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to improve visibility across AI-driven search environments.
● Collaborate with content, sales, and growth teams to improve lead quality and funnel performance.
● Track campaign performance and provide regular insights, reporting, and optimization recommendations.
Requirements:
● 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, healthcare, life sciences, or technology companies.
● Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social campaigns.
● Strong understanding of B2B lead generation funnels and performance marketing analytics.
● Familiarity with SEO, AEO, marketing automation tools, and CRM integrations.
● Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills.
