Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Performance Marketing professional. The role involves planning and executing marketing strategies aimed at boosting sales and customer engagement. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth market research, analyzing campaign performance, customer service, developing marketing initiatives, and identifying new growth opportunities to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue.
Qualifications
- Experience in Market Research and Sales to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Proficiency in developing Marketing Strategies to improve campaigns and enhance brand visibility
- Analytical capabilities to assess data, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a strong advantage
