We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist (2–3 Years Experience)
Are you a data-driven marketer who loves scaling campaigns and driving measurable results? We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team immediately!
Role Overview:
You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms to drive leads, conversions, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
* Plan and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies
* Implement and manage retargeting & remarketing campaigns
* Track, analyze, and report performance using Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
* Continuously test creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance
* Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to scale campaigns
Required Skills:
* 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
* Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
* Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics
* Experience with conversion tracking, retargeting & remarketing
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage budgets and optimize for ROI
