JOB SUMMARY:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Performance Marketing located in Bengaluru. As a Performance Marketing at AdCrest/FinCrest, you will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and ROI. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all campaigns meet business objectives, leverage data-driven insights, and continuously improve performance through experimentation and analysis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to identify the best-performing campaigns and creatives.
- Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Data Studio, or other analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad policies, and best practices.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with sales, product, and growth teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
SPECIFICATION:
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a focus on marketing automation tools and a strong knowledge on SEO and CRO principles
Certifications such as Google Ads or Meta Blueprint will be a plus
Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore

QUALIFICATION:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and at least one additional channel (LinkedIn, YouTube, or programmatic).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI).
- Experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and pixel management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
