We’re Hiring | Performance Marketing Specialist (3–5 Years)

What You’ll Own- Drive end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google & Meta
- Optimize funnels for high-quality lead generation & ROI
- Continuously experiment, analyze, and scale campaigns for maximum impact
- Build and refine audience targeting, bidding strategies & creatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business and marketing goals
- Track, measure, and report performance with a sharp analytical lens
What We’re Looking For- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta platforms (must-have)
- Proven track record of driving leads, conversions & ROI
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills
- Experience in healthcare / wellness / service industry is a big plus
- Ability to thrive in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment
