🚀 We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Associate | D2C Skincare Brand (Noida)
We're a fast-growing, consumer-first D2C skincare brand — India's first Psychodermatology brand — looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to join our growth team.
📍 Location: Sector 142, Noida (Work From Office)
🕒 Shift: 8.5 hours | Mon–Fri WFO | 1st & 3rd Saturday WFH | 2nd & 4th Saturday off
💼 Experience: 1–3 years
🏭 Industry: D2C / E-commerce / Digital Marketing (skincare experience a bonus)
What you'll do:
🔹 Manage & optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns
🔹 Track key metrics — CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, repeat purchase
🔹 Support brand and product launch execution
🔹 Run CRM campaigns across email, WhatsApp, SMS
🔹 Assist with order flow, inventory, and logistics coordination
🔹 Analyze customer feedback and prepare performance reports
🔹 Work cross-functionally across marketing, ops, and product teams
Who we're looking for:
✅ 1–3 years in D2C, e-commerce, or a startup environment
✅ Basic understanding of performance marketing & funnel metrics
✅ Strong execution skills, high ownership, and attention to detail
✅ Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced setup
