We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Associate

About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who can help us build, optimize, and scale high-performing digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
You won’t just “run ads” — you’ll drive measurable business growth.
What you’ll do
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta & Google Ads
• Improve ROAS, CPL, CAC through continuous experimentation
• Work with creatives to test ad copies & visuals
• Analyze funnels, user behavior & conversion metrics
• Build performance reports & insights dashboards
• Scale winning campaigns efficiently
What we’re looking for
• 1–3 years experience in performance/growth marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads / Google Ads
• Strong analytical & problem-solving mindset
• Understanding of funnels, tracking & attribution
• Comfort with Excel / GA4 / campaign data
Good to have
• Experience in D2C / SaaS / lead generation
• Knowledge of creative testing strategies
• Basic understanding of copywriting for ads
• Exposure to scaling budgets profitably
