Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing / PPC Expert to join our team and take charge of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for our real estate business. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns specifically for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Create effective ad strategies tailored for real estate projects (lead generation focused).
- Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and lower CPL.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare detailed reports.
- Stay updated with latest PPC trends and real estate advertising policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Google Ads & Meta Ads for *real estate campaigns*.
- Strong understanding of real estate lead generation and digital advertising strategies.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality leads within budget.
- Ability to analyze data and make result-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
