Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Performance Marketing Associate, based on-site in Thrissur. The individual in this role will develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive growth and engagement. Responsibilities include conducting market research, managing advertising budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing strategies for better results. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and interpersonal interactions to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
- Experience in Market Research to identify trends and opportunities
- Competence in Sales and Marketing to drive growth and achieve campaign goals
- Ability to manage and execute projects efficiently with Project Management skills
- Analytical mindset with expertise in evaluating campaign performance and deriving actionable insights
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is advantageous
- Professional experience in a related field and a demonstrated history of successful marketing implementation is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
