Position Overview:
As a Paid Media Associate, you will work within our paid media function to execute and optimize campaigns across Google and Meta, while contributing to broader performance marketing initiatives across platforms.
You will be responsible for campaign execution, performance tracking, and optimization, using data-driven insights to improve results. This role requires a strong understanding of campaign metrics, structured reporting, and the ability to work across teams to support performance-driven marketing efforts across multiple clients and industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Support campaign planning and execution across additional platforms such as YouTube, Display networks, remarketing, and other paid channels.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
- Build and maintain structured reports using Excel and dashboards; ensure accurate tracking of performance across campaigns.
- Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with SEO, content, and analytics teams to align campaigns with broader digital strategy.
- Assist in ad copy development, creative coordination, and landing page alignment.
- Stay updated with platform changes, new ad formats, and evolving performance marketing practices.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising roles.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Strong understanding of campaign metrics, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel for campaign analysis and reporting.
- Exposure to multiple ad platforms and channels (YouTube, Display, remarketing, etc.) is required.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and contribute to optimization decisions.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and search behavior is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Organized, analytical, and proactive problem-solving approach.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to e-commerce and marketplace advertising.
- Familiarity with Amazon A+ / B+ content and its impact on conversions.
- Experience with reporting dashboards or BI tools.
