Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who understands both numbers and consumer psychology. This role involves planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting digital campaigns across platforms while working closely with content, design, and account teams to drive leads, sales, and growth for clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Create and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max and remarketing campaigns
• Set up and manage audience targeting, pixel tracking, conversion APIs, events, and analytics systems
• Conduct competitor research and audience analysis
• Track campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights
• Work with designers and content teams for ad creatives and landing page recommendations
• Assist in funnel creation for lead generation and e-commerce campaigns
• Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS and other performance KPIs
• Identify trends, test new strategies and suggest growth opportunities
• Stay updated with changing digital advertising platforms and best practices
Required Skills
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Understanding of Google Analytics, GTM, Pixels and conversion tracking
• Strong understanding of lead generation and e-commerce campaigns
• Comfortable working with data, Excel/Google Sheets and reports
• Understanding of campaign structures, A/B testing and optimization
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Good communication and coordination skills
Bonus Skills
• Experience with Shopify and WordPress
• Understanding of WhatsApp campaigns and CRM journeys
• Familiarity with AI tools and marketing automation workflows
• Experience with tools like Hotjar, Clarity, Triple Whale or Looker Studio
