Performance Marketing Associate

We're looking for two performance marketers who've earned their battle scars running D2C campaigns on Meta — people who understand that a good ad begins long before the Ads Manager opens. You think in funnels, speak in data, and can move from audience research to creative brief to live campaign without losing momentum. One role is dedicated to a major growth-stage client (GCS); the other manages our existing client portfolio.

What Makes You The Right FitMust
- 2–4 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, with a proven track record running D2C-focused sales campaigns — ROAS, CAC, and LTV are numbers you live by.
- You've architected full-funnel campaign structures from scratch — TOF awareness to BOF conversion — calibrated to product type, market maturity, and audience behavior, not templates.
- Deep, native fluency in Meta Ads Manager — campaign structuring, A/B testing, audience segmentation, budget optimization, and performance diagnostics.
- You can lead creative strategy — briefing designers and video editors with a clear understanding of what makes a scroll-stopping hook, how to match creative to funnel stage, and how to iterate based on data signals.
- Strong analytical capability in Excel / Google Sheets — you can build performance trackers, read attribution reports, and extract actionable insights without needing hand-holding.
- Ability to conduct competitor and target audience research and convert raw findings into precise targeting strategies and messaging angles.
- High execution velocity — you don't wait to be told twice. Campaigns go live on schedule because you make it happen, not because someone follows up.
- Structured documentation habits — SOPs, campaign notes, and performance reports that your team can read, understand, and build on.
- Excellent written and verbal communication — for internal strategy alignment and clear, confident client-facing interaction.
Bonus
- Working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, or PMax). If you can run cross-channel campaigns, you stand out significantly.
- Bonus Self-taught skills — courses, side projects, independent testing. We deeply respect people who learn outside of work hours because they're genuinely curious, not just compliant.
What You'll OwnCampaign Strategy
- End-to-end campaign planning aligned to client KPIs, category dynamics, and funnel logic.
Media Buying
- Daily management, bid strategies, audience testing, and budget allocation across 4–5 performance accounts.
Creative Direction
- Creative briefs, ad copy, and feedback loops that connect creative output to performance data.
CRO Input
- Identifying landing page and funnel friction points and suggesting improvements with clear reasoning.
Reporting
- Weekly and monthly reports that tell a story — not just numbers, but what they mean and what comes next.
Research
- Ongoing audience, competitor, and market research that keeps strategy sharp and proactive.
