What You’ll Do:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve ROI
• Work closely with creative & content teams to build high-converting funnels
• Analyze data, identify trends, and scale winning strategies
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation

What We’re Looking For:
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance Marketing in financial services domain (preferred)
• Strong understanding of paid ads, funnels, and analytics
• Data-driven mindset with an eye for growth opportunities
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.
• Someone proactive, curious, and eager to experiment
