Job Title: Performance Marketing Associate
Location: Gurgaon
Role Overview
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Associate to manage and scale paid acquisition channels with a strong focus on Meta platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in D2C performance marketing and will be responsible for driving growth through data-driven campaign execution and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Manage monthly ad budgets (up to INR 20 Lakhs) with a focus on maximizing ROI and efficiency.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve performance.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
- Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track campaign success and share insights.
- Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices in performance marketing.
Key Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a D2C brand or digital marketing agency.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads; exposure to other channels is a plus.
- Experience managing ad spends up to INR 20 Lakhs per month.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with attribution, tracking tools, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
