The Role:
- Hiring a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Associate
- Requires 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns
- Responsible for driving profitable customer acquisition
- Focus on maximizing ROI on marketing spend
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Execution (60%)
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Track and control daily/monthly budgets to meet CPA/ROAS targets
- Run A/B and multivariate tests on ads, creatives, landing pages, and audiences
- Develop targeting strategies including lookalikes, retargeting, and interest-based segments
- Ideate and suggest high-performing ad creatives, copy angles, and hooks based on data and trends
- Work closely with Design and Content teams to execute and refresh creatives
Website & E-commerce Management (20%)
- Maintain and update brand websites, landing pages, and e-commerce platforms
- Ensure smooth user journeys and conversion-focused layouts
- Handle basic troubleshooting and coordinate with developers when needed
- Optimize product pages, checkout flows, and overall site experience
- Implement tracking pixels, events, and integrations
Analysis, Reporting & Optimization (10%)
- Monitor KPIs such as CPA, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, LTV, and ROAS
- Use analytics tools to identify insights and performance issues
- Share weekly and monthly reports with recommendations
Strategy & Growth (10%)
- Explore and test new channels, tools, and technologies
- Work with the Web team to improve landing pages and conversion paths
- Stay updated on performance marketing trends and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience managing paid ads (agency or in-house)
- Strong skills in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow
- Strong analytical skills using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.
- Familiarity with GTM, CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce), and reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
Preferred Skills (Good to have):
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
- Experience with advanced tracking (server-side, conversion APIs)
- Basic understanding of UX/UI and e-commerce best practices
