Role Summary
The Performance Marketing Associate will be responsible for planning, launching, and managing performance-driven campaigns across e-commerce marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. This role focuses on driving sales and visibility on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and others through data-led optimization, media planning, and close coordination with clients and internal teams to ensure strong ROI and scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.)
• Plan and execute media strategies to drive visibility, conversions, and sales across platform ecosystems
• Manage product listings, keyword strategies, bidding, and campaign structures to maximize performance
• Prepare and share regular reports on campaign performance, sales metrics, and business outcomes with clients
• Manage and prepare for client meetings, including performance reviews and growth strategy discussions
• Handle client communication independently and ensure timely updates and alignment on goals
• Coordinate with internal teams for catalog optimization, creatives, and platform-specific requirements
• Provide data-backed recommendations for improving product visibility, conversion rates, and overall marketplace performance
Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience working with e-commerce brands on marketplaces or quick commerce platforms (agency or in-house)
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, or similar marketplace advertising tools and onboarding clients on every platform.
• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, keyword optimization, and listing management
• Experience handling performance campaigns with small to mid-scale budgets on marketplaces
• Knowledge of analytics tools, reporting dashboards, and attribution for marketplace performance
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client interactions and performance discussions
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Must have own laptop and work-from-home infrastructure
• Good understanding of creatives and ability to guide platform-specific creative requirements
