Marketing Data Analyst (Onsite)
Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane, Maharashtra
Shift Timing: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Analyst who can transform raw marketing data into actionable insights.
This role requires someone who can independently analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making across marketing initiatives.
This is a mid-level role and is not suitable for freshers.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze data from digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels
Track and evaluate KPIs including CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates
Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for optimization
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
Generate actionable insights to improve campaign performance and ROI
Perform funnel analysis and support A/B testing initiatives
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports
Required Skills:
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Hands-on experience with Excel or Google Sheets
Experience with dashboarding and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
Good understanding of performance marketing metrics and campaign analysis
Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and digital marketing platforms
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 to 4 years of full-time professional experience as a Data Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or Performance Marketing Analyst
Internship experience will not be considered for this role
Candidates must have hands-on experience analyzing or managing live marketing campaigns
Preferred: Experience working with digital marketing, SaaS, or product-based companies
