Role Description
🚀 We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing & Ads Lead (Bruno’s Wild Essentials)
Every day, brands spend money on ads.
Very few actually know why their ads work… or don’t.
At Bruno’s Wild Essentials, we’re not looking for someone to just “run campaigns.”
We’re looking for someone who can think, test, break, rebuild — and scale what actually works.

🎯 Your Role
You will own performance marketing end-to-end across platforms:
* Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
* Google Ads
* Marketplaces (Amazon, Blinkit, etc.)
* Any new channel that deserves attention
This is not a “set campaigns and forget” role.
👉 You will create ads, analyse them, improve them, and scale them.

🔍 What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Build and manage high-performing ad campaigns
* Create ad concepts, hooks, and creatives that convert (not just look good)
* Work closely with design/content team to iterate fast
* Track and improve:
* CAC
* ROAS
* CTR
* Conversion rates
* Identify what’s not working… and fix it fast
* Scale winning campaigns across regions and platforms
* Bring structure to performance marketing across:
* D2C (Shopify)
* Quick commerce
* Marketplaces

⚡ What We’re Looking For
* Someone who has actually spent and managed budgets (not just learned theory)
* Strong understanding of consumer psychology + ad performance
* Ability to write ad copy + guide creatives
* Data-driven, but not data-dependent (you can take calls with incomplete data)
* Obsessed with improving performance every week
