Role Summary
We are hiring a Performance Marketing & Account Manager to manage Meta Ads and Google Ads performance, while coordinating execution, handling clients, managing social media accounts, and ensuring smooth delivery across projects.
This role requires someone who can take ownership of campaigns, guide the team, manage clients confidently, and contribute to content direction aligned with performance goals, while staying highly organized and capable of handling multiple clients simultaneously with clear structure and follow-through.
Responsibilities
Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads)
- Plan, execute, and manage Meta & Google ad campaigns
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Scale campaigns and improve ROI across accounts
Client Management
- Handle day-to-day client communication
- Take approvals, feedback, and manage expectations
- Present reports and performance updates
Content & Social Media Coordination
- Plan and prepare structured monthly content calendars
- Coordinate with designers and content team
- Review creatives before publishing
Team Coordination
- Assign and track tasks across team members
- Ensure timelines and deliverables are met
- Maintain clear communication within the team
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Track KPIs and highlight actionable insights
Key Skills
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads (mandatory)
- Proven ability to manage and optimize paid campaigns
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
- Strong coordination and ownership mindset
- Ability to lead execution without constant supervision
