Summary We are seeking a Performance Marketing professional to lead and scale our paid acquisition strategy with a focus on driving high-quality leads, optimising conversion funnels, and directly influencing revenue. This role is central to our growth engine, requiring a data-driven mindset, strategic ownership of the full marketing funnel, and close collaboration with sales and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end performance marketing execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads?while aligning paid efforts with SEO, GEO, and AEO initiatives to maximise acquisition efficiency. By leveraging analytics, experimentation, and sales alignment, this role ensures marketing efforts deliver measurable business impact, not just volume. Responsibilities Own and scale paid acquisition strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads (B2B-focused). Develop and implement channel-specific strategies based on product, geography, and target audience segmentation. Structure campaigns, bidding models, and budgets aligned with business objectives and performance KPIs. Lead end-to-end funnel optimisation?from ad engagement to CRM capture, sales handoff, and deal closure. Partner with design, content, and web teams to refine landing pages, lead forms, and user experience for improved conversion rates. Monitor and improve key metrics: conversion rates, lead quality (MQL to SQL), cost per qualified lead (CPQL), and closure outcomes. Ensure accurate tracking and attribution using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and CRM integrations (HubSpot, Zoho, or custom). Build and maintain performance dashboards for CPL, CPQL, CPA, and channel-level campaign analysis. Translate data insights into actionable strategies for leadership, sales, and marketing teams. Collaborate with Inside Sales and Transactions teams to enhance lead relevance, reduce response time, and track marketing-influenced revenue. Optimise campaigns based on downstream metrics: SQL conversion rate, closure rate, and revenue per lead. Serve as the primary owner of marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue?not just lead volume. Work closely with SEO, GEO, and AEO teams or agencies to align paid and organic growth strategies. Share high-intent keyword data, search term insights, and conversion performance to inform organic and AI-driven discovery efforts. Provide feedback on landing page performance, user behaviour, and CRO to support organic and AI platform visibility. Ensure consistent messaging, intent targeting, and user experience across paid, search, and AI answer platforms. Conduct structured experiments across creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages to identify winning combinations. Scale successful campaigns and pause underperforming ones with confidence and speed. Develop repeatable playbooks for acquisition, optimisation, and scaling. Mentor junior performance marketers and guide team development. Coordinate with design, content, and tech teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and technical integrity. Act as the single point of accountability for all performance marketing outcomes. Requirements Requirements: 3?6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a proven track record in B2B or high-consideration sales environments.
