Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns for real estate projects
Generate high-quality leads through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through continuous optimization
Create audience targeting strategies for property buyers and investors
Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions
Manage ad creatives, landing pages, and sales funnels
Analyze campaign reports, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion metrics
Stay updated with latest real estate marketing trends and advertising strategies

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate digital/performance marketing
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and lead generation campaigns
Experience in generating real estate leads and handling campaign budgets
Good understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, analytics, and remarketing
Strong communication and reporting skills
Sales-oriented and result-focused mindset
