Performance Marketer - Gurgaon
Experience: 2+ years (but we care more about how you think than how long you've been thinking) Location: Gurgaon Type: Full-time
The short version
We run performance marketing for a bunch of clients across industries, plus our own brand. We need someone who can open Meta, Google, and LinkedIn on a Monday, figure out what's broken, and fix it before standup — not someone who schedules a 45-minute meeting about it.
If you're a smart, jugaadu marketer with 2–3 years under your belt who can out-think someone with 10 years of autopilot experience, we'd rather hire you. Fundamentals and instinct beat seniority here.
What you'll actually do
- Run campaigns with your own hands on Meta (Advantage+ Sales, Leads, App — including on Andromeda), Google (Search, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube), and LinkedIn
- Own the full loop: audience → creative brief → launch → optimize → report → learn → repeat
- Talk to clients like a grown-up — lead weekly calls, send crisp updates, push back when their idea will tank their own ROAS
- Grow our own brand — our internal numbers should be our best case study
- Set up tracking that doesn't break — Pixel, CAPI, Insight Tag, GA4, the works
You'll fit if…
- You have 2+ years of genuinely hands-on paid media experience (not "I oversaw an agency that ran ads")
- You've shipped campaigns across at least 2–3 industries — D2C, SaaS, fintech, edtech, services, whatever. Range matters.
- You get marketing fundamentals — funnel math, CAC vs LTV, the difference between brand and performance, why a LinkedIn CPM looks nothing like a Meta one
- You're jugaadu — when the budget is thin, the creative is late, and the pixel is broken, you figure it out instead of filing a ticket
- You've run on Meta Advantage+ / Andromeda and have opinions about creative volume strategy
- You can write clearly. Ads, Slack messages, reports — all of it.
You won't fit if…
- You need 3 approvals to change a budget
- You've only ever run one type of campaign for one type of client
- "The algorithm will figure it out" is your whole strategy
- You can't show us a campaign that failed and what you learned from it
Bonus points
- Creative testing frameworks (hook/body/CTA isolation, systematic iteration)
- Basic spreadsheet modeling — pivot tables should not scare you
- Opinions about attribution. Strong ones. Backed by data.
