Spriggo is a fast-growing consumer brand based in Hong Kong, building premium, food-safe lunch gear for modern families. We’re a lean, high-performing team focused on thoughtful design, honest storytelling, and smart growth across Hong Kong, Malaysia, UAE and Singapore.
We’re looking for a hands-on performance marketer to manage and scale paid ads, primarily on Meta, with light experimentation on Google Ads. This role is execution-focused. We want someone who can test creatives consistently, read data, and scale what works.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Coordinate with our creative team to launch and test new creatives every week (statics, reels, UGC-style)
- Identify winning creatives and scale budgets gradually
- Set up and test basic Google Ads (brand + high-intent keywords)
- Share a simple weekly performance summary and testing plan
What we’re looking for:
- 2–4 years hands-on experience with Meta Ads for DTC brands
- Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks
- Comfortable working with Meta’s AI
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
Nice to have:
- Experience with Shopify brands
- Experience marketing consumer products (especially parents / families)
- Basic understanding of Google Ads
