About The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented Performance Marketer Manager to join our onsite team in India and help us optimize our marketing efforts for maximum ROI.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies across various digital channels including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and optimize campaigns for better results and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad content that resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize campaign performance within allocated spend.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure competitive edge.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven experience in performance marketing within ecommerce
- Expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Experience in campaign optimization and budget management
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work onsite in India
Preferred
- Knowledge of additional digital marketing platforms like LinkedIn Ads or TikTok Ads
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint
