Role Description
As a Performance Marketing Manager Intern at Axis Consultants, you will play a key role in planning and executing data-driven marketing strategies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing paid media campaigns, analyzing digital marketing performance metrics, optimizing ads for various platforms, and collaborating closely with the content and design teams to create compelling marketing assets. This is an internship position based in Dehradun with a hybrid work model, allowing for a mix of in-office presence and remote work.
Qualifications
- Experience with digital marketing platforms, PPC campaigns, and performance-based advertising.
- Ability to interpret performance metrics and deliver actionable recommendations through analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in campaign optimization, A/B testing, and making data-driven marketing decisions.
- Knowledge in building customer-focused marketing funnel strategies to enhance lead capture and conversion rates.
- Proficient in MS Office tools; Coding-related qualifications are not necessary but valued assets.
- Photoshop, Canva, WordPress Suite, Google AdSense and Google Analytics is a must.
- Content Creation and Visualization experiences are highly preferred.
