Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a Performance Marketer - Google and Meta Ads Specialist. The role involves planning, creating, and managing ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. The marketer will analyze campaign performance metrics, optimize for maximum ROI, conduct A/B testing, and collaborate with team members to align advertising strategies with organizational goals. Additionally, the role will include staying updated on industry trends and exploring innovative ways to enhance campaign effectiveness.

EXP - MINIMUM 3 YEARS IN GOOGLE ADS AND META ADS
SALARY - UPTO 5.5 LPA
LOCATION - HAZRA MORE, ADJACENT TO JATIN DAS PARK METRO, KOLKATA
TIMING - 11AM TO 8PM
WEEK OFF - TUESDAY
**IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED
** PREFERABLE FROM EDUCATION, REAL ESTATE OR BANKING/BFSI SECTOR
**MUST HAVE VERY STRONG KNOWLEDGE IN META ADS AND PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN GENERATING QUALITY LEADS
- Expertise in Google Ads platform management, including search, display, and YouTube campaigns
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager with experience in running and optimizing ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- Strong analytical skills for measuring campaign success, managing budgets, and maximizing ROI
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends, including audience segmentation and targeting
- Familiarity with reporting tools and performance evaluation, including Google Analytics
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, strategic thinking, and creativity
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
