Job Title: Performance Marketer

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly performance-driven and analytical Performance Marketer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. The candidate should be well-versed in the latest ad trends, audience targeting strategies, conversion optimization, and campaign scaling techniques.
Candidates from the EdTech industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns with strong ROI focus.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance metrics effectively.
- Create and test multiple audience segments, creatives, funnels, and ad copies.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Track KPIs including CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams for campaign execution and alignment.
- Stay updated with the latest platform updates, ad policies, AI tools, and performance marketing trends.
- Work on retargeting, funnel optimization, and scaling strategies to improve conversions.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with detailed analysis.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong practical experience with: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- Strong understanding of campaign structures, attribution models, and audience targeting.
- Experience in lead generation and scaling high-budget campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in EdTech will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
