Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Performance Marketer specializing in Google and Facebook Ads. The Performance Marketer will manage paid digital campaigns to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and improve conversion rates. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing ad campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, A/B testing ad creatives, and conducting audience targeting strategies. Collaboration with the creative and analytics teams to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives will also be essential.
Job Details and Requirements
Experience - Minimum 3 years in running Facebook Ads and Google Ads generating high quality leads(Education/ Real Estate background preferred)
Location - Hazra More, Near Jatin Das Park Metro, Kolkata / Sodepur near Sodepur Station
Working hours - 11AM to 8PM
Week off - Tuesday

- Proficiency in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
- Skills in analytics and reporting, including the use of tools like Google Analytics and campaign dashboards
- Experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance tracking
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, paid acquisition tactics, and performance marketing
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and execute projects efficiently
- Experience in Ed-tech or a related industry is a plus
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
