🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Performance Marketer who can manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should understand how to generate leads, improve ROI, and scale campaigns effectively.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
• Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and ROI
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
• Monitor ad performance and prepare reports
• Work closely with the creative team for ad creatives

📊 Skills Required

• Hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search, Display)
• Experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Basic understanding of funnels, targeting, and retargeting
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making

📌 Requirements

• 6 months – 1.5 years of experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of lead generation campaigns
• Immediate joiners will be given priority
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
