Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Performance Marketer - Facebook Ads Specialist. The responsibilities include planning, creating, and managing Facebook ad campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. The role also entails analyzing campaign performance, refining strategies, A/B testing, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS). Collaboration with creative teams and staying updated on Facebook advertising trends will also be part of the day-to-day tasks.

LOCATION - HAZRA MORE, NEAR JATIN DAS PARK METRO, KOLKATA, WEST BENGAL
WORKING HOURS - 11AM TO 8PM
WEEK OFF - TUESDAY
EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM 3 TO 4 YEARS IN PERFORMANCE MARKETING GENERATING HIGH QUALITY LEADS
SALARY - UPTO 6.5LPA

**MUST HAVE OWN LAPTOP
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads management, campaign setup, optimization, and scaling
- Able to generate high quality convertible leads and can achieve revenue goals
- Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and analytics tools to gauge ad performance
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing principles and paid media strategies
- Strong knowledge of performance metrics like CTR, CPC, and ROAS
- Ability to create compelling ad copies and collaborate with creative teams
- Strong analytical and numerical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Experience in Ed-tech or knowledge of competitive exam marketing is a plus
- Proficiency in communication and project management
- Bachelor’s degree
