Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Performance Marketer specializing in Facebook Ads and Google Ads. Responsibilities include strategizing and managing ad campaigns across Facebook and Google platforms, optimizing for maximum ROI, conducting competitive analysis, and analyzing performance metrics to refine campaign decision-making processes. Additional responsibilities include exploring new marketing channels, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies with PrepMed’s broader marketing goals.
Job Requirements and Details
Experience - Minimum 3 years(Preferably from education or real estate background) in handling google ads and facebook ads generating related and convertible leads.
Salary - upto 6 lpa
Working hours - 11AM to 8PM
Week off - Tuesday
Location - Hazra More, near Jatin Das Park Metro Gate no 3, Kolkata

**SHOULD HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Proven expertise in creating and managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Experience in performance marketing, including audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical skills for performance analysis, report creation, and decision-making
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and campaign optimization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other ad tech platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the Ed-tech industry and NEET exam preparation is a plus
