We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and measurable growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
Create and optimize lead generation strategies
Monitor campaign performance & ROI
Handle audience targeting, retargeting & scaling
Work closely with the creative team for ad creatives
Analyze data and generate performance reports
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
Experience in lead generation campaigns
Understanding of analytics and campaign optimization
Results-driven mindset with strong communication skills
