Job Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across:Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) ,Snapchat Ads Manager
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running high-performing e-commerce campaigns, optimizing customer acquisition costs, and driving strong ROAS. You will work closely with the creative, content, and e-commerce teams to scale online revenue and improve campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and Snapchat.
- Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend based on performance.
- Monitor and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Snapchat Pixel.
- Build retargeting and lookalike audience strategies.
- Collaborate with designers to create high-converting ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and share weekly reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for e-commerce or D2C brands.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
- Solid understanding of attribution, tracking, and funnel analysis.
- Experience scaling campaigns while maintaining profitability.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Looker Studio.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with beauty, skincare, or personal care brands.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications.
- Familiarity with Shopify and conversion rate optimization.
