About the Role
Cow Paradise India Private Limited is looking for a Performance Marketer / Digital Marketing professional to join our growing team and drive measurable growth across our digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with paid advertising, social media, analytics, content strategy and audience growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who is data-driven, creative and focused on delivering measurable results.
( Female candidates are preferred for this position. )
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns
- Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions and ROI
- Develop audience targeting, retargeting and conversion strategies
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences and ad campaigns
- Work with video editors, designers and content creators to develop high-performing marketing creatives
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for our gaming, entertainment and content brands
- Support social media growth across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms
- Analyze campaign and social media performance and prepare regular reports
- Identify new trends, audience insights and growth opportunities
- Support influencer and creator marketing campaigns
- Research competitors and emerging digital marketing opportunities
- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve marketing research, content creation and campaign efficiency
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing or Growth Marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads
- Good understanding of Google Ads and digital advertising
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion optimization
- Ability to analyze marketing data and make data-driven decisions
- Good understanding of social media and content performance
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Willingness to work from our Kollam office
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns
- Experience with significant advertising budgets
- Experience in Gaming, Entertainment, Animation, Kids Content or Creator-led brands
- Experience with YouTube marketing and audience growth
- Experience with influencer marketing
- Familiarity with Generative AI and AI-assisted marketing workflows
- Knowledge of analytics, tracking, pixels and conversion optimization

Candidates should be able to share examples of campaigns or brands they have worked on, along with measurable results such as audience growth, conversions, ROAS, reduced acquisition costs, engagement or revenue growth.
Candidates with strong performance marketing experience, analytical ability and a track record of delivering measurable growth will be given preference.
