About the Role:
We’re looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketer to lead paid acquisition for multiple D2C brands. You’ll own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across Meta and Google, combining creative testing, audience strategy, and data analysis to drive profitable growth. The role requires hands-on media buying at scale (₹10L–₹50L+ monthly), setting up and maintaining tracking and attribution, and translating performance data into actionable optimizations and clear client reports. You’ll collaborate closely with creative, account, and analytics teams to iterate on creatives, improve funnel performance, and meet ROAS/CPA targets while scaling acquisition sustainably.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and test ad creatives with a strong creative mindset; iterate based on performance and audience insights.
- Design and run structured creative tests; evaluate results using both quantitative metrics and qualitative signals.
- Develop audience segmentation, funnel strategies, and channel-specific ad plans to drive acquisition and retention.
- Stay current with Meta ad updates, trends, and best practices; apply learnings to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and optimize media-buying KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA, LTV, etc.).
- Profitably scale campaigns with monthly ad spends of ₹10L–₹50L+ while maintaining target unit economics.
- Implement, audit, and troubleshoot conversion tracking, pixel setups, and server-side/conversion API integrations.
- Use analytics platforms (Google Analytics/GA4, Tag Manager) to extract insights and guide optimizations.
- Manage multiple brand accounts concurrently, prioritizing tasks and ensuring consistent campaign quality.
- Produce clear reports and communicate performance insights to internal teams and clients.
- Work efficiently with Excel/Google Sheets, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio (or equivalent BI tools).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s required; Master’s preferred. An engineering background is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Meta Ads and Google Ads); experience with D2C clients preferred.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data, spot trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Digital marketing certifications (Google, Meta, etc.) are an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and reporting skills; collaborative team player.
