About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketer to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency across our D2C website and ecommerce marketplaces.
This role will own paid marketing, organic growth, and marketplace advertising across channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon Ads, and Flipkart Ads. The ideal candidate will combine data-driven performance marketing with strong ecommerce understanding to scale revenue while improving ROAS and ACoS.
What You’ll Own
- D2C Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads to improve conversion rates, reduce cost per acquisition (CPA), and drive website traffic.
- Marketplace Advertising: Manage auto and manual campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart. Conduct keyword research, optimize top-performing SKUs, and scale revenue while aggressively reducing ACoS.
- SEO & Organic Growth: Drive SEO strategy for the D2C website by optimizing product pages, category pages, and blog content to boost organic traffic and reduce dependency on paid ads.
- Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (ROAS, ACoS, CAC, conversion rates), build data dashboards, and dynamically optimize budget allocation across channels.
What Success Looks Like
- Increased D2C website revenue and organic traffic.
- Reduced ACoS across marketplace advertising platforms.
- Improved ROAS across Meta and Google campaigns.
Who This Role Is For
- 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing specifically for ecommerce or D2C brands.
- Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace advertising (Amazon/Flipkart).
- Strong fundamentals in SEO and ecommerce organic growth strategies.
- Highly analytical mindset with a deep comfort in working with marketing data.
